I dropped my bike off on Thursday for a tuneup and they said it would be ready on Friday. I asked if they would call and they said that they would. Friday comes and goes. Saturday and Sunday - no call. Closed for a holiday on Monday and closed on Tuesday for normal business hours. I call them on Wednesday to ask if it is ready and they say it is. I walk in and they roll my bike out with a still flat tire. They take it back and fix it and only charge me for the tube!! Wow, thanks for the discount. Poor customer service and communication throughout. I brought my bike here based on a friend’s recommendation and am completely disappointed in my experience. Future customers - make sure to get a pick-up time in writing. This should be 0 stars!!

I'm editing my original review. My experience today with the shop staff today has warmed me up to this shop a great deal. Would go back again - helpful front desk, curious and eager mechanics.

Bought a MTB sight unseen, took several phone calls and some after hours work, but Nolan did great helping us secure a bike not even in the system yet and have it assembled and ready for pickup immediately! 10/10 service from Nolan.
