I'd give it ZERO stars if I could! Quarter pounder meals x2: both were cold, as in the cheese was cool to the touch. Fries? Took both back in for fresh fries...they weren't even warm to the touch. Traveled across this country and this is actually the worst McDs ever!!

I do not know which McDonalds in Rochelle has the worst service this one or the 7th street location 🤷🏻‍♂️ Guaranteed 10 minute curbside pickup wait and missing items from your order

Horrible! Obviously having a staffing issue. Waited in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it came with no sauce or pickles - just a plain piece of chicken on a dry bun! What a waste of time!! And money!!!!

Absolutely terrible!!! You’re next to a truck stop but only offer drive thru?? No worries, I figured I’d order on the app, but EVERYTHING was listed as “not available at this location”. Really fun standing in 10° weather and having to walk away. I understand being short staffed, no reason you can’t open for takeout and have people order through your kiosk!!!
