I ordered delivery from here via Postmates. I was shorted an item when i called post mates they stated the driver only picks up the order that the restaurant sets out for them. so what they are saying is that the restaurant is at fault for not packing it. Bad communication between these business. i don't think i will order from here again. other customers beware. I revisited again today 3 weeks later and they made a joke out of my meal. it was very little for the price very little meat and very little lettuce which was my base.No meat under the guacamole. rediculus for $17 dont know what is going on with this location i m so disapointed

Don't normally have any issues with Chipotle however due to my last experience I won't be going back to that location any time soon. We had an online pick up. Boyfriend went in to pick up the food. Upon seeing the contents of my burrito bowl I ordered, it honestly looked like who ever prepared it didnt care what they were serving. I ordered Barbacoa as my protein and I was given hunks of fat. Not shredded at all. Not to mention the little bit of meat that was on there was very tough and hard to pull apart. Also, the lettuce looked like someone just ripped it apart with their hands. I understand things happen however, this last experience was clearly a lack of effort and supervision.
