She threw my sauces in my car window and got nasty with me because I didn’t tell her I had a coupon, I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me

This store is living in the past and still not open in the lobby. Apparently they have there own jurisdiction and make there own laws.. I was told by an employee that the law said lobby was closed. I would of understood that if it was 2020 and we had no knowledge of what covid was. But after 2 years we have safeguards in place and vaccines available now. I was wanting to try the new brisket, beef and bacon dip. I am in a large truck and no table. I can't even eat it without making a mess. But thankfully the Culver's just down the road was open. Must be in a different

I ordered the cheese steak sandwich and I have to say it was the worst sandwich I have had in my life. They use like and or Jarred roasted peppers Andre heated them. My first fight was only peppers. The bread was dry. So I decided just to eat the meat and cheese off of it. There was like a plastic wrap of cheese that you couldn't get off. And there was so little meat on it I think it could have passed as a vegetarian entree. This is the first time that I have ever had a sandwich that bad there.
