Called this morning to have them come out and give me an estimate on painting a 2200 sq rental property I have, and before I could even explain that this was one of many I own, including my own house that needed painting, the woman who answered the phone said "we don't paint rentals..." . I can't even begin to imagine what she was thinking/why she would say we don't paint rentals. I guess my money isnt as green as the next persons... WOW! I guess Brennan contracting discriminates against rental property owners (is that even a thing?).

Brennan's crew removed 2 panels of our wooden fence for some reason and never replaced it after being asked to do so when finished. They removed our patio umbrella and put it back without securing it, we found it in our side yard. Two days of painting each day required a 2 hour lunch. All in all just a disappointing experience.
