Very friendly and comforting staff...from check in to nurse to doctor. Knowledgeable professionals as good as your family doctor. As out of state homeowners it wonderful to have Cape Regional Urgent Care to depend on. Very grateful to have competent health care nearby.

My husband and I went for our Covid tests here and unfortunately we both tested positive. There was no wait for the test or the results. The front desk was friendly and efficient, as was the nurse who administered the tests. The physician, Dr. Hawkins, was very thorough in advising us of actions to take and sent us home with written instructions. We had mild symptoms and the stressless experience in the UCC was most helpful. We are only summer residents here but would not hesitate to use this facility or recommend it in the future for urgent needs.

Yes the same happen with me they pointed me in this direction with an emergency but they dont c u unless u have insurance, im from NYC they didnt take my insurance, i had to drive all the way to a real hospital, this is just a clinic
