Absolutely the best experience ever transferring my old mobile company Boost. To T-Mobile. Hoping the service will be much much better than Boost. Thanks to Marilyn for all her knowledge and experience service and of course her patient to hook me up to T-Mobile 🤩👍🏼

I gave this store 3 opportunities before writing this review, so any replies from management asking to come back is useless. I came in separately for some basic information and was told on 2 different occasions to "Call the toll-free number". The final time I came in for the Tuesday giveaway and waited for 40 minutes before I finally just walked up to someone and was told they were "out of item". Knowing it's a local Tuesday office giveaway, would it be so difficult to occasionally ask "is there anyone here for the giveaway" or even better, a sign outside stating theat you are out? Instead, I would have wasted at least an hour if I didn't cut in and ask. Sadly, this is the nearest store, but I will drive to another one and try my luck.
