We are so happy with our TV! Our Samsung had started to dim and then the LEDs started falling off creating quarter size white spots…Steve diagnosed the problem and said all the LEDs needs to be replaced. After a week in his shop we have the tv back and it is fabulous! I highly recommend calling Steve before you junk your old tv.

I appreciate Steve's honesty. When speaking to him about my TV issue, he gave me no hassle, no bring it in for a diagnosis, he just told me straight up to go buy another TV since it wasn't worth repairing. Next time I run into any TV issue, Steve's my first call.

A++++ honesty is rare It was refreshing to encounter an honest person in this line of business! I approached Steve to repair a backlight issue on a Samsung TV. He was took a quick look and advised that although it would not cost a lot to fix the tv, it was not worth fixing because the particular model had a design defect where the issue would probably come back.
