I had the best customer service experience at Walgreens Birkdale. I had a serious problem that was no fault of Walgreens. However, Dee Jumped on it and solved my issue. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She was amazing and I am very thankful for her help.

Do not go to this pharmacy if you have any prescriptions that greatly impact your health or quality of life. I was told a prescription was ready over 10 days ago so I uber'd to pickup several prescriptions. I was only given one prescription with no explanation about the 2nd. Then was called multiple times the following week acting like the prescription had been ready all along and I had never come to pick it up. Staff is incredibly rude and half the time if you try to call the pharmacy you will be on hold for extended amounts of time.
