Great facility. Management is terrible, if I could give HR & the coordinator Angie zero stars, I would. Very inconsiderate and rude. A person with such a nasty attitude should not be allowed to in management. If you are new and apart of staff, senior they lie on you for doing something they told you to do. The recovery care techs talk about the clients like they are animals. If you actually want a family work setting… this is not the place.

This rehab center really really really makes me mad. They didn't give my father a fair chance. Didn't let him do the IOP, even though they let a man that stayed a week do IOP. Not even giving my dad the option when he has a FULL TIME JOB TO SUPPORT HIS FAMILY. I couldn't talk to my OWN FATHER on father's day, but others got twice/three times a week phone calls, plus counseling for an hour plus and my dad only got 30 minutes????? I thought this was supposed to be a two in one, counseling plus rehabilitation. They treated my dad like a lost dog in the street with zero empathy or compassion. They didn't offer their counseling services to the fullest and I heard the counselor on the phone with my mom and all he did was talk about himself and repeat himself a thousand times, zero talk about my father's well being. I don't recommend AT ALL. This place sucks. I understand everyone’s journey through recovery is different, but my father deserves better.

The Arbor is a great place to learn about your self and continue your sobriety in or out side of treatment. The sober living mens house in the hyde park neighborhood is a great house with a great Advocate that pushes you thrive in the real world. I have spent a little over a year here in this house I have seen the group of guys change but one thing that remains the same is they joyfully compassionate brotherhood that has always remained. I highly recommend the Arbor for treatmen or sober living needs.
