This hotel is top tier when it comes to cleanliness, customer service and hospitality. They are super kid friendly and have really made my kids feel comfortable during our long stay. Not to mention the full kitchen, big fridge, cabinets and stove top. They give you cookware and dishes also. Spacious rooms! Awesome staff that does what they can to accommodate peoples needs.

Friendly people. Good rates for long stays like me. Never had a problem. Staff are always friendly to everyone and no matter what they help you out in anyway they can for you.

Positive: Had space. Beds were clean and comfortable, although small (used to queens, not full size in a hotel). Negative: The floor was sticky (linoleum, not carpet). There was an acrylic fingernail on the floor. The "breakfast" was NOT a breakfast, just some granola bars, oatmeal packets, and three packaged muffins--not even enough for the family.

Positive: The staff was amazing. I came down to pick a puppy up at Chicago Airport. They took care of everything. Very helpful and kind. Dan and Heidi were great!!!
