Amazing place and a model example for all DMV's! The staff are friendly, straight-to-the-point and efficient. You walk in, get what you need done, and walk out. Renewed a driver's license in about 20 minutes! Great experience!

After waiting to get a numbered ticket at my local DMV, I said screw this and went over to Roscoe. I probably spent less time driving to Roscoe, renewing my license, and driving back (about 1.5 hours round-trip) than dealing with my local DMV. OTHER DMVs, BE LIKE THIS ONE (or the sec of state needs to clone the folks here and replace every other DMV employee with them, no kapp)

Very poor customer service, waited in line for 40 minutes and then was turned away at 3:45. Rep. said they would not be able to see anyone else. In the 40 minutes in line only 3 people were called in, and there was 3 people working. So …
