Anthony, our technician, was awesome. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed/repaired the problem. He was upfront with costs and provided various options to get us cooled again. The entire team at Lazer Home Services were extremely helpful and responsive when our 24yo furnace finally decided to stop working on one of the coldest days of the year. They were able to promptly diagnose the issue and provide us with our repair/replacement options. We opted to replace it which they were able to do the very next day as well as provided space heaters for us to use overnight to make sure our pipes didn't freeze.
