The employees of this surgical center are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to be my surgical team. From registration to discharge, I was (and still am) blown away at the level of compassion and love that circulates the hallways. My experience was top notch! I am so lucky to have been a patient with this hospital. Most thanks to Larisa and Janie for the impeccable care given to me and the smiles. Every single team member made me feel amazing. I recommend this surgical center 100%.

Billing is a nightmare, examine any bill you get from this hospital very closely and double check with your insurance company to find out if what you are billed is correct. After 14 months of back and forth and getting the same bill over and over from NW Hills, it was finally resolved and I was right saving myself more than $500. Also, I didn't appreciate some "independent" nurse hitting me up for $200.00 at bedside right before I was about to go into surgery. Lastly, I couldn't understand why there were at least 7 nurses in the outpatient preop room. Most were just standing there. Waste of money if you ask me.

Had spinal surgery there Dec. 1. Great nursing staff. My first night was a little rough, but two nursing staff stayed with me all night and restored my calm and comfort and all was downhill after that. I've also had surgery at Westlake. They are also good, but right now NW is No. 1 in my books.
