terribly overpriced and the design of this machine is horrible! makes a mess with wet grounds and forms mold. also the pre ground setting does not work at all. returned it for a replacement and the 2nd machine did the same thing. its a rip off. for the price they are asking, the machine should not have to be cleaned out and vacuumed out daily. customer service also needs an overhaul. they make you run around in circles with videos and emails for weeks and packing up of item and still havent gotten a refund yet.

Just received this machine today. Hardest part is getting it out of box. Easy setup! Made my 1st Latte. Excellent!! It's big but we'll made. Beats Kureg pod machine by light years!!!

Wow, this is by far the best coffee machine I’ve ever owned!! Besides the fact that it looks amazing, I can’t believe how much it does for the price. I'm brewing up a cup every morning from awesome beans that's just as good as my go-to cafe. I’ve customized my settings to the exact temperature, strength and even milk frothiness I want to get the perfect cupevery time. The self cleaning feature is awesome too!
