Was looking for an expedient private property survey for an upcoming home improvement project and needed to have the exact property row lines marked out, so I decided to go with a professional sounding company. My mistake. Spoke to Angela on 4/19 who took all info and details and said I would receive a follow-up by 4/21. No follow-up or anything so called back on 4/26 and spoke to Pam, when I explained the situation to her I was told it was lucky I called because all the details Angela originally took were completely inaccurate, and wasn't I lucky that this time I called, Pam picked up. Lucky me! Was assured now that everything was accurate I would receive a follow-up communication within 2 days. 4 days later, still complete radio silence. Two follow-up emails to Pam later I still haven't heard anything back from anyone. Luckily I was able to find another local surveyor who returned my message that same evening, and by the next morning were underway to have the simple job completed shortly. You'll definitely get your steps in getting the daily runaround from Van Cleef but if you want progress on your actual job I wouldn't recommend them from the awful experience I've had.

I haven't had the pleasure of visiting the Van Cleef establishment but there is a lot to be said about a man (3 men) that stop to assist anyone in distress. Neil, Ralph and Scott, thank you so much for your assistance today (Tuesday) during my time of need. I felt disheveled and scared after experiencing car troubles and breaking down in the middle of the road but due to your kindheartedness and generosity you have restored my faith in humanity during these trying times.
