Please don’t ask me to speak to the local management. There’s absolutely no way to contact the owner via email or phone. Let’s see if the owner actually answers this honestly. Requesting a clear cut honest response. I actually like this gym a lot but the two stars are for the HydroMassage beds perpetually being broken or out of service. I signed on for black card membership only because of the HydroMassage beds. Even the owner knows these beds are very dated but won’t replace them with newer ones. What’s the reason they’re always broken ? Sometimes they’re out for multiple weeks. So basically you want to charge us for black card perks but won’t provide them ? WHY ? It is really very annoying. Yes I know it costs $ to keep fixing or replacing the beds but aren’t you charging us for this ? Then what part of the logic is difficult to understand that when you make customers sign up for something you should actually deliver it instead of cutting corners ? Basically there’s no will to fix these HydroMassage beds. Rather sad isn’t it ? Again, I’m hoping for a very straightforward response. You can say that we’re saving $ and won’t fix them in a timely manner or replace them. Basically zero accountability. But you charge for these perks correct ? Then why not deliver ? I think this isn’t slander on my behalf but extremely disappointed due to your sheer unwillingness to fix them. What I’ve stated above are 100% facts. Please deliver what you promised. No excuses please. These beds are always out of service. Fix it please.

my wife just had a bad experience in customer service from a black person who according to him was a manager, he had a very bad customer service, he did not treat her properly, he said that they never made mistakes and Also they weren't going to solve anything because it was a lie, due to a mistake made it by another customer service person there,. This "manager" treated her like a liar and he said he wasn’t going to look at the cameras either because it was a very long job, I'm going to go tomorrow 9 /27 with her and I hope that everything can be solved.

First let me start by saying that Planet Fitness is a fanatastic gym. It is by far cleaner than most of the gyms that I have belonged to in the past. The equipment, locker rooms and other areas are constantly maintained by a courteous and professional staff. My experience with PF trainers is that they are knowledgeable and offer tips on how get the best out of an exercise. But, they shouldn't be confused with the trainer who charges $60+ an hour. PF trainers will show you the equipment to be used to accomplish your goal. And, then it is up to you. PF is always there if you need additional help or have questions re an exercise. Unless, you need to be whipped or dominated to get in shape PF trainers are a great option. I hope that thus helps.
