I attempted to drop off spectrum internet equipment and was advised they wouldn't accept the equipment. All other UPS locations accept this and will send it back with the agreement UPS and Spectrum have in place.

QUIT taking packages to access points after ONE delivery attempt! Tell your delivery people to stop BANGING the door. And knock it off with "underweighed/undermeasured packages"

A driver from this facility. Didn’t even attempt a second delivery. I wasn’t home for the first attempt. The second attempt I was home all day. Not a single person came to my door. It was getting late so I checked the tracking again. And it stated second attempt failed. Total bull. Horrible service

I'm glad they have a UPS close to where I live and helps driving all that way and not other UPS boxes aren't big enough they're worthless to have out there only for a little packages that's why I'm glad they have the UPS Store close to me

It has to be a physical label, they can not scan electronic devices to produce an actual shipping label, you would have to go to a UPS store, which I believe the closest one is Oberlin
