Ordered a quesadilla and it was completely stuck to the inside of the wrapper. I went back through the drive through and told the guy at the window and he said that they all turn out that way because of the cheese. Lame. They never grilled it. It was microwaved. Will never go there again! Lake Geneva location is much better!

Lady was on her cell phone the entire time I ordered and received my food through the Drive-thru She didn’t even pause or put it down to grab my money or pass me my food, just kept talking. I suppose it’s what you could expect for Taco Bell on a Sunday evening around midnight but it was still a shock. Maybe a little more training in customer service.

Both my friend and I had some chips with our meals. They were pretty stale and had a very strange taste, questionably moldy taste to them. He ended up feeling much worse than me but nothing terrible but... not something you expect when eating out.
