To be honest I don’t know what’s happened to this store don’t know if they hire people off the streets or what. I have been going since 2019. Love it. I used to love seeing the two coolest men that worked there. Then Hayden and then a young woman with green hair. The new people don’t wanna help you or be there at all. You don’t get samples anymore. And the entire store feels empty. I think they care more about their online customers now instead of in person. I was there yesterday and the two women up front didn’t even greet me and even had their back turned their entire time for two mins straight. I work in service industry. I understand retail and restaurants. If this place doesn’t start changing it will go under. Especially if they keep hiring people that don’t wanna be there. Loyal customer since 2019. If treated bad one more time I will start telling all my friends. The ones I told to go to the store in the first place. I promise you that.
