I was thrilled with the work that Paul did. From the moment I called him I knew that I could trust him he was very responsive and answered my questions and explained the process which is dry carpet cleaning. Paul gave me a date right away and showed up promptly for our appointment. I was very pleased with the estimate and the actual job came within the estimate that he provided me with he didn’t try to upsell me or make me feel like I had to utilize all these other chemicals in order to achieve my objective and that was to make the carpet clean. My carpet was just a year old it was wall-to-wall carpeting in my apartment and it was a light colored carpeting and typically with apartments it’s heavily trafficked. Paul clean the carpets within two hours and he went over the spots several times until it was clean! He was very patient and wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything that was done and I have to say I am thrilled I can’t believe I ever did any other type of carpet cleaning before when I lived in my home and had carpeting in certain rooms. After seeing what a great job his dry carpeting did and how the spots didn’t we appear like they often do after steam cleaning I would never go back to steam cleaning again! If you’re contemplating doing your carpets call Paul he will do it in a timely fashion he will show up on time and you are comfortable with him because he’s trustworthy and he doesn’t excellent job!!

I just purchased a Townhome and the carpets had some spots on them. Overall the carpets did not look worn out or I would have replaced them.. They just had marks all over from the previous owners,, moving out,, etc. I called a few places in regards to cleaning and anything like a steam clean or anything involving water not only was I told the cleaning would bring up old smells from spills or possible animal spots but I was also recommended to buy other products like de-oderizers, stain blockers, etc. I was not happy with any of these services. I ended up contacting Mark IV and we discussed there dry carpet cleaning service.. The conversation was very professional and I was comfortable with the comments made on the cleaning process so I went ahead and booked an appointment. Not only was I not up-sold any services but I was explained the process, how it works and assured that at least the carpets would be clean from any previous pet allergens or spills that occurred over time.. No mention of previous smells coming up.. Mark IV arrived on time and explored my carpets before starting.. They determined the carpets to be a better quality tight weave and definately worth cleaning.. I appreciated that as well rather than just clean and leave. With that they started there cleaning.. If I can tell you that EVERY mark and spot came out perfect.. Not one left behind.. The carpets look perfect.. No smells,, no hidden fees or charges.. Perfect service I would recommend over and over for any carpet cleaning needs.. AND they do cars as well I was told.. 5 stars for sure..
