This Walgreens is a joke, they owed my mom 10 pills because they didn’t have enough. I went to pick them up & no one there knows what I’m talking about 🤨!!!! Seriously unprofessional.. they are not even narcotics idk how they can just forget the I owe u

I sent my son meds here to get filled a big mistake. I have 2 separate insurances in order to avoid paying a co-pay. Then they stated even with 2 separate insurance policies they said I still had a 10 dollar co-pay. I told them they were wrong and to properly bill the insurance companies so that it will be completely covered. They told me that it was properly inputted and the copay is still 10 dollars. I went to the other Walgreens off of Main and flood and they PROPERLY input my information and my child's medication was FULLY COVERED. Be careful with this pharmacy, they attempt to rip you off simply because they do not know how to do their job. The Walgreens of of flood and main gets 5 stars simply because they were courteous and know how to do their job.

Do not under any circumstances use this pharmacy. Customer service is basically non-existent. I waited in pharmacy drive through line for 1 hour for my prescriptions and then was told to go to the back of the line or go inside. Got to the inside and the line was 1 hour wait all the way to the back of the store. I wish waiting 2 hours for my prescriptions was a one time occurrence but it has been several visits now that I have received this treatment. Tried to submit a request for their corporate website and that was inconvenient and irritating as well. Sent them the literal exact location and their response was, “there’s three stores in Norman we need the exact location.” Please note that this review also encompasses my poor experience with their customer service website as well in addition to their physical location. I’m not sure what has happened with Walgreens and why it has gone so far downhill in terms of service. Working to transfer all prescriptions to cvs ASAP so I don’t have to go through this experience ever again. Life is too short for Walgreens pharmacy.
