Impress Computers provided great service after my laptop failed. When my laptop would not boot up, I thought I had lost all of my business data which had not properly backed up on One Drive. Impress Computers were able to diagnose the issue, give me a new hard drive and map all of the data to the new drive. When I got it back, all of my data was saved and my laptop was like new. Such a relief!

I was upgrading a power supply in my computer, when the worst happened... It never turned back on. As a remote worker, I had to get back up and running asap. I took my desktop to impress, and bought a computer they had pre-built. Everything worked, it was great quality. They took a look at my old computer for me. They even managed to salvage some of my old parts so I could make up for some of my losses! I don't care if it's just installing some RAM sticks, I'll be going to them for all of my needs moving forward.

I stopped by for a replacement drive to an old laptop. They didn't have the cheap spec part I was looking for, but they had a variety of quality alternatives. They were very friendly and helpful even after realizing I would not be much of a customer. I will be going back when I do work on modern equipment or choose to build something new.
