I have only been to Horizon twice, but from what I can tell, the staff is very loving and care for the kids. The building is old but, it's clean and I no smell. I love the way they take care of my little angel. I highly recommend Horizon.

Never change feeding tubes, give the same meals..never switch there diet up, fire the good workers, keep the ones that abuse the kids, don't work here cause they are not fair. I'm a nurse and would not put my child or family member here.
