My Mother was in this place yrs ago. Simply horrible!!! The stench was unbearable. The complete nursing staff is incompetent. They absolutely don't care about the pts.

Do not bring anyone you care about to this facility. If their work ethic is anything like their morals and their housekeeping, then you and your loved ones are sol. The majority of the staff that smokes throws all of their cigarette butts in the surrounding neighbors yards, and when it is brought to management’s attention, they turn their heads, just like they would probably do with your loved ones. Sad story, but true. Also, couldn’t give 0 stars, so had to give 1.

I have been working here at Magnolia Lane in Morganton for over a year. I love it! The staff is amazing, friendly and caring. We have new upper management and nursing staff that are really passionate about their work and our residents. I encourage you to come for a visit or to give us a call!
