Never in my life have I been told “shame on me”. I scheduled an alignment for my 2006 dodge magnum which I daily drive (in all weather, over speed bumps, etc). When I arrived I was told “shame on me” for not disclosing that my car was lowered from factory height and that they wouldn’t be able to drive or align my car. I’ve been to 10+ alignment shops across the few cars I’ve owned and never in my life have I even had a complaint about scheduling an appointment for an alignment with a lowered vehicle, let alone flat out denying it. If this is a standard work practice of this shop I would think there would be a series of questions before even allowing the scheduling of an appt. The car isn’t even that low, the top of the tire is visible under the line of the fender, it’s not like it’s some frame on the ground stance car, just a mildly lowered station wagon.
