Ordered a set of tires for my car on their web site a week in advance. When I arrived for my appointment to replace the tires, they said those tires are not available. Complaining that their website is useless and just for luring people in. Tried to sell me another set of tires. Want me to put in a deposit and wait another week if I still want the tires I had ordered. I don't like bait and switch.

John is very helpful, kind, and honest. It is never a pleasant experience to hear that your entire brake system needs to be replaced after a routine oil change, but John did his best to get me a discount, and the job was done in a timely manner. I have gone to this location on many occasions, and your car is in good hands with John, Ken, and their team.

Took 45mins to figure out how to enter a prepaid Amazon order. Said would give me a call when it's done but never happened. Upon driving home with my baby in car, tire pressure warning light came on and one of the tires is way underinflated as per suggested psi.
