Hands down our favorite pizza place anywhere around. We travel over an hour to visit and always make it over to Fresh anytime we are hiking in the area. Love their fresh salads and pizza. We enjoyed the scarface pizza, fresh baked bread with garlic & herb olive oil, and tuscan/Greek salads. I can't tell you how many times I've been here, and I'll be back many more times. Oh and don't forget to get the pizza punch card, buy 9 and get the 10th free!

Have tried eating here multiple times on different occasions. Only once did anyone answer the phone. The rest of the times we’ve tried to call and place an order the phone just rings forever, or sometimes goes to a voicemail box that’s full. Twice someone picked up the phone and then hung up on me. This is definitely my first time seeing a restaurant that just doesn’t answer their phone In response to your question: I think getting hung up on when just trying to place a pizza order is a bit rude too. If y’all are too busy for phone orders there needs to be something on the customers end to indicate this, instead of it ringing or people picking up and hanging up etc. Creates a lot of confusion, especially when we’ll then physically go to the restaurant and everything seems relatively calm

Good pizza, horrible service! This place should be carry out pizza only. Notorious in Black Mountain for the horrible staff. I’ve been 3 times and the customer service and staff get worse. Compared to most restaurants, they have plenty of wait staff. You walk into a rude disorganized mess every time. We were seated fairly quickly as we were early on a Saturday night. Waited 30 minutes for someone acknowledge we were even at a table, even after multiple servers walked by us and we asked for help. Owner was making pizzas and staring right at us as we sat right beside the oven. We didn’t even have drinks yet. All we got was, “I didn’t know you were my table” If you want great pizza AND people who actually appreciate your business go to My Fathers Pizza.

Hidden gem in Black Mountain. Pasta and pizza was delicious. Great service as well. We will stop in again the next time we are in town.
