Our room at the Butte Super 8 was clean and comfortable, which is to be expected of a decent hotel. What wasn't expected was the fantastic staff who work there. Jody, the general manager, was especially wonderful, but all the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Their kindness and helpfulness went a long way to ease our troubles during a series of stressful events. I would absolutely choose to stay at the Butte Super 8 again, based solely on the people employed there, and I will be sure to recommend it to anyone I know who happens to be passing through the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Expensive. Halls were not clean. My room had someone above it and the floor/ceiling squeeked every time they walked around. The climate control started knocking in the wee hours of the morning in perfect imitation of a person at the door...which necessitated a change of underwear until I "got used" to it.

Positive: There was not a thing I would say good about this place. Negative: Staff was rude. Sent us to a third floor room-No elevator by the way. Looked like someone started to clean the room then just quit. Had to get another room. Staff acted like it was such an i inconvenience to them. Could find no help the next morning.

Positive: Cleanliness and the bed was so comfortable. A very nice stay except for that tall dark haired maid. Negative: We had a fantastic stay other than the tall dark haired maid with the nose ring she was very rude on 3 occasions. All the other staff were friendly and helpful especially the Manager Jody at the front desk.
