Tanner didn’t make anyone in the party aware that they’d be running a credit check three times before attempting to pressure (con) the potential buyer into buying a vehicle the same day. After applying for a mortgage, there happen to be 3 inquiries on the very day the car was test driven. It was reiterated to and by Tanner that a credit check wouldn’t be happening. We will be telling everyone we know to never shop with Johnson City Honda.

My brother, our parents and I are new to the area. He needed a oil change on the car and we also wanted them to do an all around check on the car for safety purposes to make sure it stays tuned up. Service advisor Craig Wright was kind and very professional. Also, when we went into the parking lot, we noticed friendly staff outside! That was awesome! Of course, the work done was professional and of good caliber as well! See you all again next time we need servicing here!

Ya post one price on internet when you get there they tell you that price just so they can compete with other dealers that's Fraud, Uncle Joe
My guess is paid reviewers. My other guess would be there are more inapt people in this area that are okay with being lies to and cheated at a car dealership like this.

The honda pilot that was listed online I called about it and the lady said come on over and I will have it waiting for you to test drive so upon my arrival the man greeted me and I told him why I was there and who I had already spoken with so he goes inside so I am sitting there with my children exited about getting the SUV then a man and woman come cruising in at Johnson city honda in the car I was already promised so I ask what is going on the guy says I'm sorry I am selling it and I said I already spoke with the lady the SUV was supposed to be waiting on me to test drive I told the lady I was buying it and they looked at my tattoos and snarled at me like I couldn't afford it and walked back in. So I made my way in there and ask to speak with the lady and he said one minute so I stood there while they sold the car that I was promised and the lady never came out to talk to me so some other sales guy was talking to me and I showed him that I had cash and was prepared to buy the vehicle

Were not honest with me at all. I was treated like dirt and had bought 4 new Hondas there and paid cash for it. Wish they would interview me on TV . Would love to tell my experience there this year. I am stuck with a brand new car I am VERY, VERY, VERY unhappy with.
