I usually enjoy my experience at this location but my last encounter was terrible. We waited 10 min or more to get drinks, and never offered refills. I asked for a to go cup when we were leaving to get more. We waited even longer to actually order, 10 more min to get any breads and soups came with meals. And over an hour to get our meals. When it got to the table it was COLD. I got a replacement meal but it had to be made by someone else. It was fresh but I'm disappointed I had to wait even longer to eat and still have to pay full Price! They take way to many orders at once and don't take care of needs of those who come in first. There is not enough servers! And the waitress had already complained to us that another table was complaining..which I didn't find appropriate. Get more employees during rush hours! 🙄

Went there in the mood for some country fried steak, unfortunately we waited for over 10 minutes while the server who took us back walked around aimlessly. Once we placed the order with her we waited almost 45 minutes on our order. They creamer they gave me for the coffee was spoiled and then when the food came it was the wrong order and half off the plate so I scooted it back on the plate with my finger. She went and put it back in the window and brought the one I ordered. Which was cold and the broccoli was not steamed but raw and the whole plate was filled with butter. It was very upsetting as she also forgot to even imput part of our order and we had to wait 45 extra minutes for it. Probably the worst food and service I have ever had.

Family met for weekend meal on Saturday eve. Service efficient . Menus laminated, a little sticky at bottom. Food was appealing, satisfying. Table choice and setup was appropriate. Customers seemed comfortable and cheerful. Prices as expected. Restrooms clean, handicapped accessible. Waiting area clean, comfortable, waiting time was short, no reservation needed
