Phototec is a great place to get a passport photo, a family portrait, or business headshots. They have a ton of camera gear in stock so you don't have to wait for something to get delivered. I brought in an old set of negatives I found at a flea market, and they developed them and now I have digital copies. Well worth the effort and there service is quick, friendly, and affordable.

I love this place - it's so lovely that we have a little photography supply store in town, and they are really nice. I had to replace a battery charger and they took it out and made sure it would work for my battery, and showed me all the ins and outs of use. 10/10

I wish I lived in Vermont so I could shop here in person! I purchased some accessories for my Diana+ that are getting hard to find. Unlike the two other shops that sold the items, Phototec didn't mark up the price. I ordered the items on a Sunday and they shipped right away. I received them the same week. I also had my emailed questions answered that same Sunday that I emailed them. Excellent, fast service!

Brought old negatives of my dog that has passed away. They were pictures of her when she was just a baby so to have them meant the world to me. The gentleman there was very professional and helpful. They were able to send me a link to download my pictures, which is nice to have them safely in my phone instead of pictures I can misplace again. It definitely cost MUCH more than I expected, but these are priceless memories to me so any price was worth it.
