Staff is rude and threatened to refuse care to a child when we didn't have masks even though the emergency order was lifted over a month ago requiring them. It's ridiculous and unorofessional. It's also in direct conflict with the oath doctors take and if they are so afraid of sicknesses, they are in the wrong profession.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I dont Believe that the DR are properly qualified. My son was seen last night and sent home, dr was very unconcerned and said it was Viral. He had had a fever earlier in the day of 103.6, his eye was swollen closed and he hadn't kept food or water down for 3 days. We are now at St Barnabus getting a CTscan. I’m furious. The symptoms on his paperwork is all incorrect as well basically saying its probably covid.. He never had a sore throat and we haven’t had a a suspected covid exposure and he doesn’t have problem peeing ( all of which was written on the paperwork ) .go straight to at Barnabus and don’t bother with Pm pediatric PLEASE. My son has a really really bad sinus infection and has been admitted to hospital, the sinus infection is also in his skull and he will have a craniotomy .We were at PM pediatric last night and less than 10 hours later with exactly the same symptoms he is being admitted and due care and attention is being taken. I’m furious by the total incompetence. I will never recommend this location. I wont share the dr's name as i really dont believe she is qualified to be on her own at this location she wasnt a doctor she was a PA . We have a LONG road of recovery.... a bacterial infection that needed brain surgery that PM PEDIACTRIC " doctors" missed and didnt even suggest we go to St Barnabus for a 2nd opinion. Im heartbroken and Furious

The previous visit at the urgent care have been wonderful until yesterday. This has been the worst experience I ever at the urgent. It was my go to when my children are not feeling well however after this experience never again. I was having issues registering online and the front desk staff was very rude and having the nerves to roll her eyes at me when I asked to speak to the manager. As a RWJBH Maternity Coordinator, taking care of patients and exceeding expectations is the proper way to treat patients in need of care. The manager/medical assistant who came out with badge facing her making me question if it was really a manager or maybe avoiding to show her name. At first she was of course defending her staff and after noticing the clerk was giving me attitude. She then assisted in the registration process and apologized for the clerks actions. The doctor was okay not great.
