I’ve always gone to Firestone for car service. Unfortunately the one I normally go to is very different, I loved my mechanic but I couldn’t deal with lack of professionalism from others. I decide to try the firestone in Springfield New Jersey it was great the manager was respectful and listened to my request he called me and in a timely manner and gave great details for the work that needed to be done! Juan is mechanic who worked in my car and he did a great job!
