Kiki pool did an amazing job on our project. From the start, they were very responsive. Returned my call promptly, came out to look at our property and recommend a package that worked best. We were looking for a semi-inground above ground pool that fit our needs. Once we had a package, they gave us an estimated install date to get us on the calendar. Then moved our date up earlier given our paperwork with the town was complete and ready. Installation was smooth. They excavated, set the base and installed. Electric was run on their end. I had to have gas line run separately per our contract (but Dimi dug the trenches for us). Since it's a semi in ground they used in ground pool equipment for the pool light, skimmer and lines so we can finish with a patio next year. Pool took 2-3 days to complete with light backfill. I used a separate landscaper to fully backfill, grade and seed. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

KiKi Pools also winterized and covered my above ground pool that they previously installed in June. They are fantastic and really great folks to work with. I highly recommend them.

Hand down first time pool owner they gave me a date last year July and installed my pool I ordered from another company sand has shifted a bit but they set up a date to come see it great work
