Hopped on the OE for some bottom fishing (Seabass). Full boat, but enough room to move around. The Captain put us on the fish and when the bite died he moved without hesitation. The mates Dave and Zach were like Ninjas. They were there in an instant to assist with taking the fish off the hook or untangling lines and cleaning your catch. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the unwavering hospitality, personability and professionalism shown by DAVE and Zach.

Left the dock at 7:40am sailed to a spot 10 minutes away then wasted 3+hours with 0 production before deciding to take a long ride to hover above a wreck for fluke. To top it all off I hooked the pool winner seconds after the final horn at 2pm while reeling in and was told it didn't count.

We chose Ocean Explorer whale watch for our birthday celebration today. Captain Chris was warm and friendly, excellent as captain, and most important, he found us a humpback whale! We hung out with this whale (surfacing 30 feet away every 9 minutes!!!) for over an hour. Everything about this experience was wonderful.

We saw the whales first of all and atleast 10 to 11 times. Until the whale comes so closer to our boat. We were just waiting and the captain did whatever he could to make us happy. My kid enjoyed the trip so much. What else you need ...
