Doughton park picnic area is great place to visit. Very clean and serene place. Took lots of photos on wildcat rock. But the washrooms were closed when we visited. Planning to come back in fall to view beautiful colors.

This overlook has gorgeous, breathtaking views on both sides! We had a wonderful lunch on the CLEAN picnic tables, and took many, many pictures and videos of our dog climbing on the rocks.

An excellent park. Always a stop when we are on the Blue Ridge. Great view from Wildcat Rock. Wildcat Rock had An excellent spot to view a beautiful sunrise. If you are game take the hike from Wildcat Rock down to the Caudill cabin.
