I have lived on my Jamestown Rd. Address for 14 years, and have never had any problems that would deserve a 1 star rating. Do I sometimes have to go to the post office to pick up my mail? Yes, sometimes I do. Do I know the reason as to why they make me do this sometimes? No, I do not. But it's not that huge of an inconvenience to me, that I would deem them "horrible" or complain about them making me do their job for them. We have no idea what situations these people are going through at any given time.They are people too, why do others forget that we all have issues at one point or another in our lives? Overall, they do a good job and are always super nice at the post office. Sure the line may be long sometimes, but it's not their fault there are not enough workers. Give people a break. We are all just trying to make it through the day. ❤️

This place is a joke. They keep delivering mail to the wrong address. Once a week we are running down the road to do their job and deliver the mail.

They will not deliver Amazon packages to your door if you do not live in town! They make you come to the post office to pick them up. Even if you request it to be delivered to porch and pay priority mail. Sorry service!!!!

This place is ridiculous. One day you get decent service the next day you get a rude lady at the counter or over the phone. I’ve been shipping here multiple times a week for a year. I’ve been shipping the same size package for the last 6 months with no issue. Today they tried to refuse to mail my package because I didn’t want to use there permanent marker they were trying to force me to use to write on my very small package over the out address label, a return address. Mind you I don’t have a return address and I haven’t been asked to use one on these envelopes all the times I’ve mailed it in the last 6 months. Until today! This cashier got up on the wrong side of the bed or something today because she decided to be a nasty human when she walked in to work. Shoving the package back at me when I told her I didn't want a return address on it. I THE CUSTOMER THATS SUPPOSED TO BE RECEIVING A SERVICE THAT IM PAYING FOR. Not sure why people think they have so much power they can call shots that haven’t anything to do with them just because they’re working a job. Not to mention if this was standard practice I would’ve been asked for a return address THE FIRST TIME I MAILED THE VERY SAME ENVELOPE! NOT MANY MANY TIMES AFTER IN THE RAIN RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING! It’s pouring down rain I can’t go all the way home to fix my package to make it presentable since I run a small business and presentation is extremely important, especially starting out like me. Thank you Jada for taking over and not being rude. For understanding the circumstances. I don’t mind putting one on in the future but having it sprung on me last minute when I can’t remedy it, then not offering a proper solution is just uncalled for. Anisha/Aisha (cashier 7/25) needs to be evaluated. Rudeness isn’t necessary neither is singling someone out because you’re in a bad mood. It’s no wonder this place has a 2.4. Don’t even get me started with how my post lady doesn’t drop packages off at my house. She’ll say it’s raining and she couldn’t drop it off when it didn’t rain a drop that day. Lord help me. I can’t wait to move away from here.
