Terrible. The last 3 orders were incorrect. Sloppy employees are usually an indication of sloppy management. The manager here does not care. Pitiful.

Editing this review to add that the owner does not actually respond to the emails when they ask that you email to discuss further. They appear to only leave those responses to appear as though they care. They don't so we will be taking our personal business as well as all of our sports teams orders somewhere else. They missed part of our order the first time. Then sent the wrong dish out the second time. I finally went up to the store only to be screamed at by the manager that it "wasn't her fault and what did I expect her to do." Manage. I expected her to manage and it was clearly too much.

I been ordering here for five years now at least twice a month. Never had an issue with orders or delivery.. they have cooked my orders to perfection every time. And there always on time with there deliveries. I'll keep ordering here as I get alot of free pizzas due to accumulated points.

We ordered via the app which was wonderful. I like the pick up method via app and text. The food was good and I really enjoyed the newish pan pizza. BUT then.. We found a long dark wavy hair in 2 of the 3 items we ordered. It'll be a long time before we go back. I would typically call and tell them about it, but after looking at the other reviews, it's par for the course at this place. What a shame considering they have such potential in this college town.
