Berks Fire Water Restorations, Inc. responded immediately, within 2 hours, when tragedy struck our home. It took some time to complete our restoration due to the current volatility of the building and labor market/industry, but the communication throughout the process was exemplary. The craftsmanship and professionalism were nothing short of excellent. Any unexpected circumstances or situations were met with top-notch communications and a clear plan to move forward. A special accolade to Bob Detweiler! His leadership, knowledge and communication made every difference! Our family thanks Berks Fire Water Restorations and Bob Detweiler.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my father. He told me how professional the people were that they dealt with. He was very impressed at the work that was done and he thanks the men that did all the work.

Signed residential contract means nothing office emailed invoice means nothing Chad's word means nothing price will change without a change of work order on a positive note the job was done well just 6 months over signed contract date and 1000 over contract price

Questions & Answers

What is the best way to remove smoke/soot from a white split stone brick fireplace?

Dry chemical sponge first then rinse with warm water. If that doesn't get rid of it call berks if they're local to you and if not then call stanley steemer they can clean with chemicals and extraction tools. You can try to use an alkaline cleaner yourself but would recommend letting the pros handle it.

You need to take the route 61 bus and get off at Tuckerton Road and walk one mile west. Store is on the right.
