Horrible . never answer. Hard to get a hold of anyone especially when a family is in need. Its a shame .

Put a one-star because could not get in could not talk to anybody so therefore hard to rate something and when you call you get no call back whatsoever the only way you get a response is through email that's it and then you have to go through all types of Hoops and jump through tons of paperwork all to help out people if you want to provide Section 8 for others system is a little backwards I think

they are now open up until July 31 2018 you can only fill out application online and it takes a few times to get it to work right or you can goto a library. best of luck
You can call for appointment but you should have gotten a letter with one call anyway
I don't know I applied 2year ago .if you go to the website it should say if there taking .
I don't think they offer that service but, on the site towards the bottom they have a link of places that will help with rent
Are you taking new application as of Feb 2022
Not sure you can call them
As far as I know you have to wait until the list is open again. Last time I tried calling them, their waiting list had been closed for years. I think you only find out what number you are when they open up again or unless your number comes up and they call you. But don't quote me on that one. I was trying to get on that list years ago and they told me it's closed. At least for Berks it was. They have an email notification that you can be notified when other counties open but I unsubscribed from that awhile ago. Was a waste of my time or unfruitful. Hope that helps. I think you have to call them and ask questions like I did.
Yes that could be a very good sign.
No if you are on the waiting list for a voucher you just have to wait for your number to be called it can take some time but you can always check your status
Apply for Section 8th and wait until u receive a letter saying that you are being accepted. And then from there on follow their instructions. I wish you well.
