The yard is very tight and the forklift drivers are very stand-off’ish and they rush you almost to the point it’s disrespectful towards you as you unload pallets. The employee behind the glass on the other-hand was very polite and did her job well.

Called to inquire info about pallets. I asked if they deliver. Person on the phone asked me where, I answered that it was Bronx. She then said: “ Oh no, so are you gonna pick them up here or I am wasting my time?” Very nice customer service skills, will never even think of buying from you after that answer.

Yes they do
You would have to contact them if your buying them, I'm not sure of their prices. If your selling them, last time I was there I got $2.85 per pallet.
