Unresponsive I have called for days and no answer. Was placed on hold for Carla then hung up on. The first call, I received was from Nia who offended me by asking me was son’s name his real name if that’s what you see on the list that’s it. Which was offensive to me and I think anyone else. Bus assistant and drivers grumpy! CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS NEEDED!

How are you closed at 6pm and kids are not home safe with their parents in this horrible weather. I agree they will tell you they came to your house and waited and will lie about especially when I am sitting on the porch waiting for them. I am tire of these bus companies!!! Edit: I called numerous times and no answer and when there was finally an answer it was an automated message saying you all were closed. So thanks for your rebuttal but no stop!
