Service man came on September 7 said i needed a new circuit board, still have not recieved the board on sept 27 never recieved a call on what is going on. Funny tho the dishwasher started working again without a new board.

Don’t bother. My wife stayed home for two days, lost time from work. The day the service technician was supposed to be there. Called in to say he couldn’t make it. Reschedule another day!!!?? This happened twice. Lost two days pay!?? Go fig.

Had a great experience with this company. Had an initial technician, Karl, come out to diagnose the problem and order the part. Then two technicians came out today to fix my oven, John and Frank. All three technicians were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, had great communication and kept me updated with approximate arrival time and my oven was fixed in no time. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
