This is a great place to bring the family. It has a rustic diner charm and the food is good. Great service and friendly staff. If you happen to be there during their busy times (which I got the impression is non-stop), please give understanding to your server. They work hard and you can see it. Their staff also works as a team which you don't see too much. They help each other and even their staff is like a family. The only recommendation I have would be for the cooks. I ordered the broiled seafood platter and the taste was a bit on the bland side. Give a little more love by seasoning a bit more. Though it is a platter of seafood, make each one the spotlight. For instance, if you use paprika on the shrimp, season the scallops with lemon and butter with a touch of rosemary. You want the customer to have a tour of different flavors. Also with the fried eggplant side, it could use flavoring and a sauce like marinara. I do recommend Gus's and I would visit again. Their broccoli cheddar nuggets are delicious!

Was in with my two young girls today and our waitress, Heather, was phenomenal. She was so kind and did everything she could to help us feel comfortable. She even asked if I wanted my daughter's apple juice watered down. Great experience, amazing waitress. Thank you ❤

Great service and environment; I like how busy and friendly the place is. I think the food portions and prices were good, but the taste and quality is very regular. In fact, the avocado on my Benedict was slightly overripe, and the home fries were unseasoned (imo); the omelet seemed like the best option among what my friends got. I would definitely go back for the environment and the food was good enough.
