While this is the type of company you hope to never use, I am so grateful for MSI. For starters, they were able to come out the same day we had water damage: I was having a meltdown over our flooded basement and felt immediately at ease after talking with Joe. Not only is he an incredibly knowledgeable, straight shooter who actively wants to help his customers, but he also goes above and beyond advising you on how to talk to insurance companies and answering any and all questions in Layman's terms. Additionally, he was able to refer me to companies to help with the next steps in our process, alleviating the headache of potentially hiring shady contractors. I fully trust his recommendations and feel confident moving forward with repairs. His team was friendly and courteous, keeping me posted about the progress of the job without being intrusive, and everyone was transparent and honest about the work happening, checking in with me before making any major decisions (such as ripping up tile and cutting away drywall).
