This vet hospital was nice, friendly and cost effective when they first started years ago. Now since they have built up enough clientele and no longer accepts new patients. The front desk staffs become very stern, cold and rude. Costs go up 30%. Long wait up to 1+ hours. On top of that, they ask for cash payments, no credit cards. I get it, when the rest of communities are suffering economy downturns and inflation, vets are in a hot business. What a great time to exploit the situation!

The doctors here are all fantastic. Especially Dr Anna. If I have a complaint, it's gotten difficult to get appointments ever since they moved to the new location. Even with the appointment, you'll mostI likely be waiting for a while before you're called in.

I have a cat. I use this vet whenever I need to bring my pet in for any issues. She is on prescription food and with ZERO CONTACT by this office to inform me of their rules, that they were going to deny her prescription if I don't bring her in, they just denied it and now my pet is going to go with NO prescription food and all they have to say for it is "sorry..." No help to refill 1 more prescription and I was more than willing to make an appointment to bring her in right then and there and they told me no. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!!
