Bought a really nice washer and dryer set. We dried two loads in the dryer and it now has no heat. They have no working number listed, i drive all the way back there to see that they're closed Tuesday and Thursday. I left a very long, very detailed note over a week ago and still haven't heard anything. They delivered this to me and it has a 30 day warranty. He said he completely rebuilt the insides but he also made sure to tell me he won't pick our equipment up to fix the warranty issue. This is not how to run a business to gain returning customers. I wouldn't rather went to a rent to own place where u know it will be taken care of and especially come pick it up, since they deliver it. The set had potential to be great but him saying completely rebuilt on the on the inside, what he promised me is also the words that will never make new return to him every again.

What a blessing! With Christmas and taxes this month and being on a debt diet when my washer went out I was concerned how it was going to get replaced. We came out looked around and found a great clean washer with a 30 warranty! The service was wonderful! I actually stayed and chatted till close! Thank you for a great experience!

Very clean, really nice friendly people, great prices. If you're looking for a used but good appliance this is the place to go. Our washer broke and when you have a baby and a two year old you can't go with out it! We looked in several places for a good washer in my price range and then I found it here. I got a great washer for only $145.00. with a 30 day warranty! The people there are really nice.
