I wish I had the complete answer for you but,with the wonderful customer service I experienced with them they might. Or they may tell you it has to be off the bike. Like I mentioned before they are really nice people and I appreciate their customer care and support.
Probably about $15.00 a wheel. Call them, they can quote you.
In my experience, as long as the tires have a good mfg date and good tread (no cracked rubber, no bulging walls, etc.) Yes. I bought some nice used tires and they had no problem putting them on.

We normally keep that size new in stock, brands can sometimes vary. Normally about 60 - 62 each plus Mount and balance and tax. same price if we have to order them and get them next day or same day, depending what time of day and which tire you would want. our website www.roadrunnertire.net will have a good amount of what we can get ordered and with prices also listed on the site.
