We got there to pick it up, yes early, but they were clueless of our order. We pulled around several times so cars behind us wouldn't have to wait. After 5-6 minutes of being there one of the team members said, now who are you and what are you waiting on...after being there 8 min, they came to the window and said, we just put it in the oven...they should've done that when we first got there and they didn't see our order, it had been placed online. Then I didn't check it, instead of getting our jalapeno bacon cheese bread, we got some chicken stuff, that didn't taste very good. We were already at our friends house, or we would've taken it back

App would not allow me to pay with my debit, would not let me select pay at store because they put a $30 limit and total was 37.84. Tried to call it in and they tried to charge me over $50 for the same order! Manager refused to work with me on the issue. They lost our business.

I straight up handed this back to them and politely asked them to add the garlic and herb sauce to the crust (something that is usually on the hand tossed pizzas) and they had the audacity to tell me it just absorbed into the crust 🙃🙃 honey… herbs don’t just disappear like that 🤦🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️ Lazy girl in the back just didn’t want to put it on tbh, but I’m not gonna ruin her day over it. Just want to let people know if like me, you also get their pizza for the exceptional sauce on their crust; remind them that this is common practice and they need to get their crew in check 😌😌 (zero ⭐️ If it would allow)
